HUNTE~, and other <br /> <br />valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />WILLIAi~ M. HUNTER does by these presents grant, convey and <br />confirm unto the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a municipal corporation, for <br />the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Aha, Anaheim, Fulterton, <br />and Orange, all municipal corporations, their successors and <br />assigns, the full and free right to construct, reconstruct, <br />operate and maintain a sewer line or lines k~own as the Joint <br />Outfall Sewer for the conveyance of sewage and waste water to the <br />Pacific Ocea~n, together with all and sundry other rights, uses <br />and appurtenances necessary for the construction, reconstruction, <br />operation and maintenance of sewer line or lines of the said <br />Joint 0utfall Sewer on, upon, under and across the parcel of land <br />described below, together with the right of ingress and egress to <br />and from said property at any and ell times. <br /> <br /> The aforementioned parcel of land is described as <br /> <br />followa: <br /> <br /> That part of Lot ?0 of X~raot No. 211 as <br />shown on a Map recorded in Book 13, Page 40 of <br />Misoellaneou~ Maps, Records of Orange County, <br />0alifornla, lying East of the line psmallel with <br />the Easterly line of said lo~ and Thirty (30) feet <br />Westerly therefrom at right angles <br /> <br /> It is further understood that the Grantor hereby waives <br />all claims for damages for and on account of the said construction <br />and reeonstr~ction and maintenance of the said Joint Outfall <br />Sewer. <br /> <br /> IN WITMESS WRE.REOF, the gu-anting par.ty ha~ set his hand <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
