Hunter as Executrix of said <br />estate, and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is <br />hereby acknowledged, Hazel A. Hunter as Executrix of said estate, <br />does by these presents grant, convey and confirm unto the City <br />of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation, for the use and benefit of <br />the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all <br />municipal corporations, their successors and assigns, the full <br />and free right to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain a <br />sewer line or lines known as the Joint Outfall Sewer for the <br />conveyance of sewage and waste water to the Pacific Ocean, together <br />with all and sundry other rights, uses and appurtenances necessary <br />for the construction, reconstruction, operation and maintenance <br />of sewer line or lines of the said Joint Outfall Sewer on, upon <br />and under and across the parcel of land described below, togeBher <br /> <br />with the right of ingress and egress to and <br />at any and all times. <br /> <br /> The aforementioned parcel of land <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />from the said property <br /> <br />is described as <br /> <br />An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in all that <br />certain real propsrty situated in the County of <br />Orange, State of California~ described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 70, <br />Page 40, <br />County, <br /> <br />Tract 211 as per map recorded in Book 3, <br /> Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange <br />California. <br /> <br /> This easement is made pursuant to that certain order of <br />the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the <br />County of Los Angeles, dated June l?, 1954, authorizing said <br /> <br /> --1-- <br /> <br /> <br />
