BESOLUTION NO. ~4-110 TRANSFERRING BENEFICIAL <br />INTEP~ST IN 0IL AND GAS LEASE DAT~d~ MARCH 19th, <br />1945, BETWEEN T~d~ CITY OF SANTA ANA AND D. W. ELLIOTT <br /> <br /> WHF21EAS, heretofore, on March 19th, 1945, a lease was entered into be- <br />tween the City of Santa Aha as Contracting Agent for the cities of Orange, <br />Fullerton, Anaheim and Santa Aha, the city members of ~ection One of the Orange <br />County Joint Outfa]l Sewer, and D. W. Elliott for the production of oil and gas, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all title and possession to said Section One of the Orange <br /> <br />County Joint Outfall Sewer has passed or is being transferred to the Orange <br /> <br />County Sanitation Districts. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT BESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha, as Contracting <br />Agent for the cities of Section One of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer here- <br />by authorizes its Mayor and the Clerk of the Council to execute an assignment of <br />all beneficial interest held by the City of Santa Aha as such Contracting Agent <br />in that certain oil and gas lease dated March 19th, 1945, between the City of <br />Santa Ana and D. W.
