RESOLUTION NO. 54-112 ACCEPTING GRANT D~ FOR EASEMENT <br />FOR PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ROBERT F. BUCN~R. IM and MARION K. BUCHHEIM, husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council a grant deed for an easement of property <br /> <br />to be used for drainage purposes, dated April 7, 1954, without consideration, <br /> <br />conveying property in the City of Santa ADa, County of Orange, State of <br /> <br />California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for drainage purposes over a strip of land <br />10.00 feet wide, being 5.00 feet on each side of a line des- <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point distant South 89© 51' 10" West <br />117.72 feet and North 0© 42' 50" East 255.00 feet from the <br />westerly end of a certain curve on the center line of Santa <br />Clara Avenue, which curve is concave northerly and has a <br />radius of 4000.00 feet, as shown on a map of Tract No. 1502, <br />recorded in book 54 page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />Orange County, California, ~,nning thence from said point of <br />beginning, South 89© 51' i0" West 333.19 feet to a point in <br />the center line of Bristol Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br /> <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPfED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 19th day of Jul~ <br /> <br />, 1954. <br /> <br />A'rl%~T: <br /> <br /> CLERK 'OF 'r~ ~COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF cALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA AMA ) <br /> <br />( S E!tL) <br /> <br />I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br /> <br />said Council at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the l~th day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 195~: and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted <br /> <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />William Jerome, Thomas F Larsen, <br />Milford W Dahl, Courtney R.
