EESOLUTION NO. 54-114 AUTHORIZING E~CUTION OF RIGHT <br />OF WAY CONTRACT AND GRANT DE~D WITH THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain property owned by the City of Santa Aha is necessary <br />for the construction of a portion of the Santa Ana Freeway; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the N~kvor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby authorized to execute that certain Right of Way Contract <br />designated Document No. 1136~ between the City of Santa ~ and the State of <br />California and to execute that certain Grant Deed designated "S. of Roe - <br />1-26-54 (Part) City of S~nta Ana 1136" conveying the property therein des- <br />cribed to the State of California. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOI~'~D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at <br />its regular meeting held on the 19th day of July, 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CI~ERK OF ~ COUNCIL <br /> <br /> A~ST.
