RESOLUTION NO. 54-11~ ORDERING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLI- <br /> CATION FOR CHANGE OF DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha by Resolution <br />No. 666 has recommended the change of District Classification hereinbelow set <br />out, and recommended a building setback line of 150 feet from the center line <br />of Flower Street and Delhi Road; and <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, after consideration, the City Council does not agree with the <br />setback lines recomnended; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha hereby dLrects the Clerk of the Council to give Notice of Public Hearing for <br />August 16, 1954 on the question of change of District Classification from R-1 <br />District to the M-1 District on that property described as: <br /> <br /> A portion of Section ~5, T. 5 S., R. iOW., S.B.B. & M., beginning <br /> at a point in the North line of said Section 25, distant thereon <br /> 990.00 feet from the northeast corner thereof; thence N. 89° 22'10" <br /> W. along said North line 1~88.00'; thence S. go° ~', ~',: ~: 3058.27'; <br /> thence N. 60° 53' 30" E. 1~29.45'; thence N. 2150.75' <br /> to the point of beginning, <br /> <br />and to include in s aid Notice, a statement %hat the question of establishment <br />of a building setback line 100 feet from the center line of Delhi Road would be <br />considered. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTE~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEE.LER, do hereby certif~ that I am the Clerk of the ~ouncil of the <br />City of Santa Aha, that the foregoing kesolution was regularly introduced to said <br />Council at its regular meeting held on t he 2nd day of August, 1954 and was at <br />said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
