THENEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby Sec!ares its intention to annex all that certain territory undez· the ??ovisions of the annexation of ~ninhab- ited Territory Act of 19~9 and finis and hereby declares that said territory is deemed uninhabited since it had less than twelve regis- tered voters resi©in~' therein on July 29, 195b, the date when said Petition was filed, that said territory is conti£{~ous to said City, lies in the County of Orange, State of Callfo~,nla, and is described as: A portion of the Southeast ]./l~ of Section ~0, Townsh~Ip ~ South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, de- scribed as follows: Beglnnin?~ at a point in the Southerly boundary of the City of Santa Ana, said noint of beginnings being in the center line of Dyer Road, and. also being the Northeast Co~,ner of the Southwest 1/~ of s~id Section 50 as shown on a mae of the Seccombe Addition to Dyer, recorded in Miscellaneous MaD Boor $, at Page 17, Records of 0range County, California; thence North 89° 04.~ 85" West; 1~0~9.11 feet along said Southerly boundary of the City of San~a Aha and the center llne of Dyer Road to the Westerly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right of way as conveyed to tn~ S~.~n~a Ans.
