RESOLUTION NO. 54-12i ACCEPTING F~MENT v~mm FOR <br />S'l'Km~,' PURPOSES <br /> <br />WNEREAS, FRED A MANGOLD and EDITH MANGOLD, husband and wife, have <br /> <br />presented to the City Council an easement deed for street purposes, dated <br /> <br />July 23, 1954, for valuable consideration in the amount of $589.95, con- <br /> <br />veying property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> The South ~O feet of the West 367 feet of that portion of Block A <br />of the A. B. Chapmen Tract, in the City of ~antaAna, County of Orange, <br />State of California, as surveyed by Fr.~W Lecouvreur in December, 1870, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the land conveyed to G. L. <br />Russell by deed recorded in book 1 g, p~ge 86s Deeds, records of Los <br />Angeles County, California; thence East 12.58 chains to the Southwest <br />corner of the land conveyed to William Hughes by deed recorded <br />September 14, 1874, in book 31, page 103, Deeds, records of Los <br />Angeles County, California; thence North along the West line of the <br />land so conveyed to Hughes, 8 chains to the Southeast corner of the <br />land conveyed to Sarah A. Hubbard by deed recorded October 3, 1876, <br />in book 45, page 473, Deeds, records of LOs Angeles County, California; <br />thence West along the South line of the land so conveyed to Hubbard <br />12.58 chains to the East line of the land conveyed to said G.
