~ESOLUTION NO. 54-12A ACCEFTING EASEMENT <br />FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br />W~EREAS, RUTH M. DUHART and STEVEN J. DUHART, a husband and wife, <br /> <br />have presented to the City Council an easement deed, dated July 29, 1954, <br /> <br />for valuable consideration in the amount of $344.15, conveying property in <br /> <br />the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> The North 40 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter of <br />the Northwest quarter of Section 8, in Township 5 South, Range 9 <br />West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of S~uta An~, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the center line of 17th Street as <br />said center line is established by the City of Santa Aha and <br />marked by bolts at the intersection of said center line with the <br />center line of Wright Street North and Graud Avenue, said point <br />being 35.18 feet South 89° 53' 15" West from the said bolt mark- <br />lng the intersection with Wright Street North; running thence South <br />0° ll' 35" East 1084.53 feet; thence South 89° 25' 30" West 266.91 <br />feet; thence 0° 04' 00" West 1086.69 feet to a point in the said <br />center line of 17th Street, said point being lll3.19 feet North <br />89° 53~ 15" East of the said intersection of Grand Avenue and <br />17th Street; thence North 89° 53' 15" East 264.51 feet to the <br />point of beginning; <br />EXCEPTING '£n~2u~FROM the North 150 feet of the West 65 feet thereof; <br />ALSO EXulTING FROM said North ~0 feet that portion thereof in- <br />cludedwithin the lines of 17th Street on the North. <br /> <br />NOW, T~'O~E, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br /> <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />PASSmu AND ADOPTED by the City Council of tb~ City of Santa Aha at <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />1954. <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August , <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COb~fY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERNAKEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council ~t its regular meeting held on the 2nd day <br />of August , 1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed~d~ted <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCIIREN: <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCII2~EN: <br />ABSENT, COUNCIIREN: <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.
