RESOLUTION NO._Sh-l~2 ACCEPTING GliNT DEED POR PROPERTY WHEREAS, CLYDE LEONARD MORRIS, as his separate property, has presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated July 30, 1954 for valuable consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa And, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The Northerly 15 feet of the Boutherly 40 feet of that portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 6, in Town- ship 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of Lot 101 of the Santa And Grand Avenue Tract, said point being also in the center line of 17th Street; thence from said point of beginning Northerly 294 feet, thence Easterly 177.~8 feet; thence Southerly 294 feet; thence Westerly 177.48 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
