RESOLUTION NO. 54-165 ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT OF PROPERTY FOR STRIng,' PURPOSES WHEBEAS, BOHEMIAN DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, a corporation, has presented to the City Council a gr~nt deed, dated September 15, 1954, for valuable con- sideration in the amount of $170.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the following described property: Beginning at a point 30 feet south of a point in the center line of First Street, which bears west 767.69 feet from the northeast corner of Section 18-5-9 and running thence west along the south line of First Street 49.39 feet to the easterly line of Hathaway Street if produced southerly; thence south, along said easterly line, 20 feet; thence east, parallel with said south line of First Street, 49.39 feet to the west line of the land of Carl J. Klatt; thence north, along said west line, 20 feetto the point of beginning. NOW, THE~]EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of 8aura Aha accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of October , 1954.
