Meisinger. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />Thurza Marrs. <br /> <br />Electric Subdivision of the Ross Tract, was granted, for <br /> <br />special use, as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> '\ <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion <br />of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the property <br />described as Lot ~, Block 7, Palmer's Addition located on <br />Broadway between Pine and Walnut Street, was ordered posted <br />for special use and the hearing d~.te set February 21st, 1~38, <br />in compliance with the request of George C. Post to remodel <br />residence into a duplex. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred <br />in and the property described as Lots 1, 2 and 3, Tract 827, <br />located on the west side of S. Main Street between Borchard <br />and Edinger Streets, was ordered posted for special use and <br />the hearing date set February 21st, 193@, in accordance with <br />the application of Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Perman and Myrtle <br />Gallman to construct an auto court. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion <br />of Trustee Penn, seconded by Bruns and carried, the applica- <br />tion of Walter G. Merker to erect a duplex on Lot i and 9 <br />feet of Lot 2, Block F, Tract No. 246, located at the south- <br />east corner of Cypress and Hobart Street, was granted. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted <br />and the application of the Best Heirs to erect a service <br />station on Lot 5, Birch Addition, which is the southeast <br />net of Fifth and Ross Streets, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Penn, seco~ied by Bruns and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was concurred <br />in and the property described as Lot 4, Block 3, Salisbury <br />Addition located on W. Third Street between Olive and Shelto~ <br />Streets, was ordered posted for special use and the hearing <br />date set February ~lst, 1938, in accordance with the applica- <br />tion of J. J. Meisinger to construct a duplex. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion oS <br />Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, the property <br />described as the southeast corner of Tenth and Birch Streets~ <br />dimensions 82~ feet by ll6 feet, was ordered posted for spec- <br />ial use and the hearing date set February ~lst, 1938, in <br />accordance with the application of Thurza Marts to construct <br />a duplex. <br /> <br /> <br />
