La~b, as <br />Oollector of the Ooun~y of Orange, to the City of Santa Aha, <br />a municipal corporation of the Fifth Class, covering certain <br />lots in the City of Santa Ana, described as being in Tracts <br />Nos. 252, 289, 517, 75%, 139, 383, 572 and 425, and Goepperts <br />Addition and McFadden & Crane's Add~tion.
