<br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried,
<br /> the monthly report for December, 1937, and yearly report of
<br /> 1937, of the Police Department, were received and filed.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried,
<br /> copy of the minutes of the meeting of January 4th, 19~8, of
<br /> the Forestry Board, was received and filed.
<br />
<br />Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and on motion
<br />of Trustee Penn, seconded by Layton and carried, the
<br />described as Lot S, Block 2, Pacific Electric Subdivision of
<br />the Ross Tract, which is the southeast corner of Fourth and
<br />Pacific Streets, was ordered posted for special use and the
<br />hearing date set February 7th, 19~8, in accordance with the
<br />application of R. K. Jewett to remodel store into a court.
<br />~be motion of Trustee Layton, seconded by Penn, that the
<br />motion to post the property at the southeast corner of Fourth
<br />and Pacific Streets, be rescinded, was on motion of Trustee
<br />
<br />Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, postponed indefinitely,
<br />by the following vote:
