BESOLUTION NO. ~h-169 O~)ERING THE VACATION, ABANDON- <br />MEllT~ AND CLOSING OF PORTIONS OF TWENTY-FIRST STREET~ <br />McCIAY STREET AND G~.:~:NWOOD AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 7th day of September~ 195~, the City Council <br />adopted Resolution No. 54-142 declaring its intention to vacate portions of <br />Twenty-First Street, McClay Street and Greenwood Avenue, which said Resolution <br />was published and posted as required by law; aad <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was held on the 18th day of October, 1954, at <br /> <br />the hour of 7:30 P.
