RESOLUTION NO. 54-175 APPROVING MAP, DECLARING INTENTION <br />TO VACATE PUBLIC SERVICE E~ IN TRACT NO. 2019 <br /> <br /> WqtEREAS, heretofore, the City Council has by Resolution No. 54-169 <br /> <br />vacated al l of the street easements within Tract No. 2019 on the request of the <br />owner of the land and the Santa Aha Bossed of Education; and <br /> <br /> W~, the fact that there had been public service easements dedicated <br /> <br />at the same time and in the same ~nuer as said streets were dedicated, which <br />will serve no present and prospective purpose if said property is not to be <br />devoted to a residential subdivision, did not then come to the attention of <br />this City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Aha hereby adopts the map attached hereto and orders that the same be filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Council with this Resolution and hereby declares <br />its intention to vacate and abandon all public service easements within the boundaries <br />of Tract No. 2019 as shown on said map. <br /> <br /> That the 6th day of December, 1954, at the hour of 7:30 P. }4. on said day, <br />in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Third and Main Street in the City of <br />Santa Aaa, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all <br />persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation of public service <br />easements in Tract No. 2019. <br /> <br /> That the City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed with this <br />vacation under the provisions of Public Service Easements Vanation Law, Government <br />Code Section 50430 to Section 50445, both inclusive. <br /> <br /> That the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution <br />as notice of said hearing in two successive issues of the Santa Ana Independent <br />and the City Engineer is ordered to post notices of this easement vacation along <br />the line of the easements herein proposed to be vacated not more than 300 feet <br />apart, but at least three notices shall be posted along each separate easement; <br />said posting to be completed at least 20 days before the date of said hearing. <br /> <br /> PASSED ~ AI~)i~£F~U by the City Council of the City of Santa ~ at its <br />regular meeting held on the 18th day of October, 1954. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
