RESOLUTION NO. 54-176 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF PROPERTY <br />FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br />DELLA HEASLET has presented to the City Council a grant <br /> <br />deed, dated October 4, 1954, for valuable consideration in the amount of <br /> <br />$360.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, <br /> <br />State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for street purposes over the following described <br />property: <br /> <br /> Commencing at a point on the south line of First Street, <br />972.08 feet west and 30 feet south of the common corner of <br />Sections 7, 8, 17 and 18, in Township 5 South, Range 9 West, <br />San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in said county and state; <br />thence south parallel t~ Grand Avenue if extended 16 feet; <br />thence northwesterly to a point in the west line of the land <br />conveyed to Della Heaslet, by deed recorded March 30, 1948, <br />in Book 1743, page 467 of official records, distant thereon <br />4.45 feet south of the northwest corner thereof; thence north <br />along said west line, 4.45 feet; thence east 50 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />NOW, TH~L~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br /> <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />PAB~ AND ADOPI'E~ by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 1st day of November <br /> <br />1954. <br /> <br />A'P£EST: <br /> <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 1st day <br />of November , 1954, and was at said meeting regularly~and <br />adop{ed by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />~YES: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William.
