RESOLUTION NO. 5h-18h ACCEPTING DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, EDWARD L. KRESS has presented to the City Council an <br /> <br />easement deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City <br /> <br />of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property~ <br /> <br />That property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California, and particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point 50 feet ~outh of the Southeast corner of <br />Main and Bishop Streets; running thence East parallel to the <br />South line of Bishop Street 168 feet, more or less, to a <br />point 150 feet West of the West line of Cypress Avenue; thence <br />South 50 feet; thence West parallel to the South line of Bishop <br />Street, 168 feet, more or less, to the East line of Main Street; <br />and thence North 50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />NOW~ T~EREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on November 1st, 195~. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />coUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I~ ERdA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- <br />duced to said Council at its regular meeting held on November 1st, 195~, and <br />was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES~ <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
