Hall for appointment as a specig <br /> police officer without pay, was referred to the Police Com- <br /> missioner and Chief of Police for recommendation. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Tmmstee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br /> <br /> the communication of the Department of Public Works granting <br /> to March ~lst, 193~, <br /> an extension of time/for the completion of work at the Joint <br /> <br />0utfall Sewer under contract between the City of Santa Aha <br />and ~he Dept. of Public Works, was received, acknowledged and <br />filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the recommendation of the Civil Service Commission and Busi- <br />ness Men's A~sn. of Santa Aha was followed and the applicatio~ <br />of the Santa Aha Police Protective Association to conduct an <br />annual ball on or about March 17th, was denied. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign an agreement wire <br />C.J. Skirvin covering the construction of an electric sign <br />at 101 N.
