<br /> plants in the parkway on French Street between the club hous,
<br /> and Sixth Street, was referred to the Forestry Board.

<br />and ~he Dept. of Public Works, was received, acknowledged and

<br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried,
<br />the recommendation of the Civil Service Commission and Busi-
<br />ness Men's A~sn. of Santa Aha was followed and the applicatio~
<br />of the Santa Aha Police Protective Association to conduct an
<br />annual ball on or about March 17th, was denied.

<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Bruns and carried,
<br />the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign an agreement wire
<br />C.J. Skirvin covering the construction of an electric sign
<br />at 101 N. Sycamore Street, which extends over and upon the
<br />five foot set-back line established on West First Street.
