Croddy, as Lessee,/covering property known as the Dump <br /> <br />Grounds, was received and placed on file. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of Roy W. Sullards for appointment as a <br />special police officer while employed at the Merchants' Polic <br />and Protective Service, was referred to the Chief of Police <br />and Police Commissioner with power to act, appointment to be <br />made for the duration of his employment. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Smith and carried, <br />the application of the National Foundation for Infantile <br /> <br /> to solicit funds to fight infantile paralysis, was <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Penn and carried, <br /> <br />the applications of Ernie E. Acker, 0tin W. Hamel and <br />Ralph L.
