RESOLUTION NO. 5L-190 ACCEPTING DEED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, EI/~ER E. CHRISTENSON and MILDRED L. CHRISTENSON, husband <br /> <br />and wife, as joint tenants~ have presented to the City Council an easement <br /> <br />deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property: <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County <br />of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Begimuing on the East line of Main Street at a point 150 feet South <br />of the Southeast corner of Main and Bishop Streets~ running thence <br />East 175 feet to the Northwest corner of "Trew's Addition to the <br />City of Santa Aha", as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 3, <br />page 21, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County~ thence <br />South 50 feet: thence West 175 feet to a point in the East line of <br />Main Street, 50 feet South of the point of beginning; thence North <br />50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br /> <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954. <br /> <br />A~rrEST~ <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954, and was at <br />said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
