RESOLUTION NO. 54-194 ACCEPTING D~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, EIF~R E. CHRISTENSON and MILDRED L. CHRISTENSON, husband <br /> <br />and wife, as Joint tenants, have presented to the City Council an easement <br /> <br />deed, dated September 16, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br />The South 50 feet of the following described land, in the City <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of M~in and Bishop Streets; <br />running thence East along the South line of Bishop Street, <br />168 feet, more or less, to a point 150 feet West from the South- <br />west corner of Bishop Street and Cypress Avenue; thence South <br />150 feet~ thence West 168 feet, more or less, to the East line <br />of Main Street; and thence North along the East line of Main <br />Street, 150 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts <br /> <br />said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same. <br /> <br />PAS~ED AND ADOP~ED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CLErK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY oF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA~RR, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on November 1st, 1954, and was at <br />said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
