<br />Pursuant to Resolution of Intention, the Chair asked if any
<br />bids had been received for the sa~ of the following property:
<br />
<br /> Lots I and 9, Block B; Lot 7, Block C; Lots l, 5,
<br /> and 9, Block D and Lot §, ~lock 0 in Tract NO.
<br />The offer of Ralph W. Gordon was read, to purchase ~id real
<br />property for the sum of $600.00. snd the matter was then
<br />thrown open to oral bids by any person present. A bid of
<br />$700.00 was made by Mr. Marion Rouse and no other bid was
<br />made. On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Kelsey and
<br />carried, the bid of Mr. Marion Rouse was accepted snd the
<br />sum of $70.00 was deposited as ten per cent of the bid. A
<br />resolution was introduced for the Sale of Tax Deeded Lots and
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2749 and
<br />passed by the following vote:

<br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Yost and carried,
<br />the bid of F. P. Nickey, Jr. for the concession at the Muni-

<br />of $180.00 the first year, $190.00 the second year and $200.(
<br />for the third year with 25{ of the net profit if it runs
<br />over the guarantee, was accepted and an agreement to be drawn
<br />
