No. 2736 <br /> <br />Sale of Tax Deeded Lot. <br /> <br />as a committee with forty-seven other signatures attached, <br />expressing thanks and appreciation for the improvement made <br />to the recreation parlor on Walnut Street, was received, <br />acknowledged and filed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Yost and carried, <br />the petition of Chas. E. Dixon and other Oldsters requesting <br />permission to build their own tables and place them in Birch <br />Park, was received, acknowledged and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Bruns and carried, <br />the Clerk was authorized to instruct the District Attorney's <br />Office to enter into negotiations with the Union Rock Company <br />to secure property for a target range to be used Jointly by <br />the City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution of Intention, the Chair asked if any <br />bids had been. received for the sale of the following des- <br />.cribed property: <br /> <br /> Lots 1S and 14 in Block I, of Tract No. 6S1. <br /> <br />The offer of John H. Burgess was read to purchase said real <br />property for the sum of $160.00 and no person being present <br />desirous of raising this bid, upon motion of Trustee Smith, <br />seconded by Yost and carried, the Resolution accepting said <br />offer and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute deed to <br />said property was read, considered, designated Resolution No. <br />~734 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees Plummet W. Bruns, Joseph P. Smith, <br /> E. D. Yost, D. W. Eelsey, Fred C.
