In Re On motion of Trustee Bruns, seconded by Yost and carried, Petition for the report of the Department of Public Ways was accepted and to Sidewalks on Bush St. the committee/instruct the City Engineer to contact the ~ro- perry owners in the 2~00 block Bush Street to install side- walks at their own expense. # In Re On motion of Trustee Eelsey, seconded by Yost and carried, Reso. No. 2740 the following Resolution entitled: Loading Zone on Bdwy. "Resolution concerning parking limitations under Ordinance No. 1030" eliminating loading zone on the west side of Broadway between Third and Fourth described as the southerly l0 feet of the northerly 1~4 feet and establishing another loading zone on the west side of Broadway between Third and Fourth Streets described as the northerly l0 feet of the southerly 84 feet, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2740 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Plummet W.
