<br /> on North Flower Street, f~Dm Santa Clara Ave. to Santiago
<br /> Creek, in the City of Santa Ana, California, and fixing
<br /> the prevailing wage rate"

<br /> read, considered, designated Resolution No. 2999 and passed by
