Hare and Marie L. <br />Hare, for Lots 1 and 19 in Block L, Tract 266, McFadden Home <br />Place No. 2, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 1~, page ~9, <br />Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. ~OAO, and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Trustees Herbert L. Bruns. <br /> Trustees None <br /> Trustees None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared a recess for five minutes. <br /> <br />The Mayor recommended the appointment of E.D.Yost, as eS- <br />officio member of the Homes Registration committee, and on <br />motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Hill and carried, the <br />recommendation of the Mayor was concurred in. <br /> <br />No written or oral protests having been received, on motion <br />of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Hill and carried, the City <br />Attorney was instructed to prepare an Ordinance amending the <br />Zoning Ordinance, in accordance with the recommendation of th <br />Planning Commission, that subdivision (~) of Subsection (A) <br />of Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1074, relating to R-B Besidence <br />District, for convenience called Limited Multiple, be amended <br />to read as follows: "Schools, Churches, Government, State, <br />Municipal and Public-owned Playgrounds and Buildings. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Hill, seconded by Kelsey and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Declaring Through Streets in the City <br /> of Santa Ana" <br /> <br />declaring First Street, Broadway and Edinger Street through <br /> <br /> <br />
