On motion of Trustee Yost, seconded by Hill and carried, a Resolution of Intention to sell above described real pro- perty as of March .~rd, 1941, was read, considered, desig- nated Resolution No. 2880 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Herbert L.
