APPROVED: F~yor of the City of Santa Ana. # 'On'motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Kelsey and carried, the City Attorney was authorized to prepare an Ordihanc% granting the petition of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe ~ailway Company, a corporation, to construct, maintain and operate certain new trackage and to relocate, maintain and operate certain existing trackage across FourZh; First and Chestnut Streets in Santa Ana and the Clerk to notify the petitioneFs of the action of the Councll~ # On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Hill and carried, a Resolution accepting quit-claim deeds from Claude Sweetman and Rose Sweetman, and others, was read, considered, desig- nated Resolution No. 2896 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Herbert L.
