No. 2905 <br /> <br />Accep$ing Deeds. <br /> <br />bn mo~ion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Hill and carried, <br />the f.ollowing Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance granting to the Atchison, Topeka and <br /> San'ts Fe Railway Company a permit to construct, maintain <br /> and use certain railroad tracks across certain streets <br /> in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br /> California." <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1098 and <br />passed by ~he following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br />Trustees Herbert L. <br /> E.
