<br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Yost and carried,
<br />the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants according to
<br />demands numbering from,l§Z@ to 1779, audited by the Finance
<br />Committee.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Hill and carried,
<br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was read and
<br />a Notice of Public Hearing before the City Couhcil on Amend-
<br />ment of Zoning Ordinance of 19~9 (No. 1074) was ordered pub-
<br />
<br />lished for hearing to be held January 20th, 1941, to re-
<br /> and northeast
<br />classify the northwest/corners of Flower and Edinger-Streets
<br />
<br />as R-1 District.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Keleey and carried,
<br />the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance of 19~9"
<br />
<br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for
<br />second reading.

<br />On motion of Trustee Smith, seconded by Hill and carried,

<br />a Resolution Accepting Deeds from Henry Dinkgreve, May Manlo'
<br />William'McKee, Clara A. Montgomery, Jesus F. Barbs, Birdie F.
<br />Grllley, Btdar~ A. Cundiff and Deiph~ne M. H. Cundiff and
<br />Mary A.' Bonner, was read, considered, designated Resolution
<br />No. B@?8 and passed by the following vote:
