RESOLUTION NO. 54-209 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR <br />EASEMENT OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHE~ FRANK A. KINTO and ESSIE BEBE KINTO, husband and wife, have <br /> <br />presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated September 15, 1954, for <br /> <br />valuable consideration in the amount of $600.00, conveying property in %he <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement over the northerly 16 feet of the following des- <br />cribed property: <br /> Beginning at a point 922.08 feet west and 30 feet south of <br />the northeast corner of Section 18, in Township 5 South, Range <br />9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in said city, county and state, <br />running thence south parallel to the west line of Hathaway Street ex- <br />tended southerly a distance of 100 feet; running thence west parallel <br />to the south line of First Street a distance of 50 feet; thence north <br />parallel to the west line of Hathaway Street extended southerly a dis- <br />tance of 100 feet to the south line of First Street; thence east along <br />the south line of First Street a distance of 50 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOHE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br /> <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br /> <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aua at <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 15th day of November , 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF ','n~ COUNCIL <br /> <br /> 0F ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMAKEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of <br /> November ., 1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted <br />by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCII~2{: William Jerome, J.
