RESOLUTION NO. 54-210 ACCEPTING D~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ DOXANDER P. LEONARD and EDNA M. LEONARD, have presented to the <br />City Council an easement deed~ dated November )~ 1954~ conveying property in the <br />City of Santa A~a~ County of Orange, State o£ California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for surface drainage purposes over a strip of land 15.00 <br />feet wide over Lots 25 and 28 of Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract, as <br />per map recorded in book 4, page 624 of Miscellaneous Records, in <br />the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, <br />the northerly line of which is the westerly prolongation of the <br />northerly line of Lot 14 of said Potts, Borden and Sidwell Tract. <br /> <br />EXCEPT that portion lying westerly of the east line of the land des- <br />cribed in deed to the County of Orange recorded October 26, 1938, in <br />book 967 page 225 of Official Records of said Orange County. <br /> <br />This easement is to terminate when a permanent drainage route is <br />established by the City of Santa Ana over another route or on the <br />completion of construction of the Bristol Street extension, which- <br />ever event first occurs, and grantee herein agrees on request of <br />grantor, or his successors in interest, to execute and deliver quit- <br />claim deed to establish such termination. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to record the same. <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOP'£EDby the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br /> regular meeting held on November l%th , 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> CT.~K OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEF..T,k~I~, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to said <br />Council at its regular meeting held on November l~th , 195~, and was at <br />said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
