RESOLUTION NO. 5~-211 ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED FOR SEWER PURPOSES OVER PORTION OF TRACT NO. 2019 WHEREAS, BAKER DEVELOPMENT CO., a corporation, has presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 1st, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for sewer purposes over the following described land: All that certain land situated in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to-wit: Parcel 1. A portion of Tract No. 2019, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 59, page 38 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Grand Avenue, as said Grand Avenue is shown on said Map of Tract No. 2019, distant thereon North ll° 12' 50" East 43.27 feet from the Southwest corner of said Tract No. 2019; thence from said point of beginning North ll° 12' 50'' East 30.00 feet along said Easterly line of Grand Avenue, to the begin- ning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of lO.O0 feet; thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 71° 33' 54", an ~rc length of 12.49 feet; thence South 29° 38' 56" West along a line radial to said last mentioned curve 21.62 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2. A portion of a parcel of land shown on Record of Survey in B6ok 27, page 30 of Records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Grand Avenue, as said Grand Avenue is shown on a Map of Tract No. 2019, recorded in Book 59, page 38 of Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County, distant thereon North ll° 12' 50" East 73.27 feet from the Southwest corner of said Tract No. 2019; thence from said point of beginning Southerly along a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 10.00 feet, through a central angle of 71° 33' 54" an arc length of 12.49 feet; thence North 2° Ol' 50" West 30.08 feet to a point in the Easterly line of said Grand Avenue, said point being on a curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 20~0 feet, a radial line passing through said point bears North 78° 47' 30" West; thence Southerly along said curve, through a central angle of 0° 20' 00" an arc length of 11.87 feet to a line tangent; thence South ll° 12' 50" West along said tangent line 7.93 feet to the point of beginning. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
