RESOLUTION NO. 54-221 ORDERING VACATION OF <br />PUBI~IC SERVICE EASELS IN TRACT NO. 2019 <br /> <br /> WHEREA~ HEEETOFOEE~ by Resolution No. 54-175~ the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha has declared its intention to vacate public service <br />easements in Tract No. 2019~ a copy of which Resolution was regularly pub- <br />lished and posted as required by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has held public hearings on said proposed <br />vacation of public service easements. <br /> <br /> NOW, THE~EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that the public <br />service easements herein referred to are unnecessary for present or pro- <br />spective public use and the same should be abandoned. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said City Council hereby orders the <br />abandonment of all public service easements in Tract No. 2019, described as: <br /> <br /> The Westerly 5 feet of Lot~l, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, ll, 12 and the <br /> Easterly 5 feet of Lots 5~ 6, 7~ 8, 13, 14, 15 and 16. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to cause to be recorded <br />in the office of the Recorder of Orange County, California , a certified copy <br />of this Resolution. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOI~'~o by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br />its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 1954. <br /> <br /> MAYOR / ~ <br /> CT.RRK OF ~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNS"f OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA ~,:,~'Lw~R~ do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of December, 1954, <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCII/4EN: <br /> <br />NOES ~ COUNC II.MEN: <br />ABSENT, COUNCIIN~N: <br /> <br />J.L.
