RESOLUTION NO. 5h-22h ACCEPTING GRANT DF~ED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, W. J. TROUT~AN and CLARA TROUTMAN, husband and wife, each an <br />u~divided one-fourth interest, as tenants in common; and J. R.
