Stegall and Elvin <br />for the Broadway Cab Co., <br /> <br />were received, filed and permits granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried <br />application of Powell Neon Sign Co. to hang an electric <br />sign for the Goodrich Tire Co. at 209 West 3rd St., <br />was granted and sign ordered hung under supervision of <br />the Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the application of Frank A. Braddock to conduct <br />the business Of dealing in motor vehicles at 115 South <br />Main St., was accepted and Clerk instructed to issue <br />license and permit to Mr. Braddock to conduct such <br />business. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the application of L.H.Kornik to conduct the <br />business of dealing in motor vehicles at 123 South <br />Sycamore St., and application of John M. Carmine to <br />conduct the business of dealing in motor vehicles at 102 <br />Bush St., were read and on motion of Trustee Haan, <br />seconded by Cheney and carried, the applications were <br />received and held in abeyance until November 29th when <br />time for advertising will have expired. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carrie¢ <br />the monthly reports of Harold Rasmussen, Chief Building <br />Inspector and R.M.Crookshank, City Judge, for the month <br />of October, 1943, were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the Clerk ~s authorized to draw warrants <br />according to demands as audited by the Finance Committee <br />numbering 798 to 988 inclusive. <br /> <br />The communication of John Sylvester, Coordinator, <br />submitting copy of Public Proclamation #20 proclaiming <br />that light restrictions of Proclamation #19 are suspende( <br />until further notice, as of November 1st, 1943 and <br /> <br /> <br />
