Larsh <br /> <br />Appointment <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Appointment <br /> <br />Fire Dept. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Comnunication <br /> <br />Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br />In Re <br /> Zone <br />~urvey <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br /> carried, the monthly reports of Harold Rasmussen, Chief <br /> Building Inspector, and R.M.Crookshank, Judge, fox' the <br /> month of November, 194~, were received and filed. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and <br /> carried, the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants accord- <br /> ing to demands as audited by the Finance Committee, <br /> nt~mbering 97~ to 1148 inclusive. <br /> <br /> The request for a leave of absence of R.M.Crookshank, <br /> Judge, who will Join the a~med forces on Dec. 21st,194~, <br /> was read and on motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by <br /> Dixon and carried, the request for a leave of absence, <br /> for the duration, was granted. <br /> <br /> The Council expressed its appreciation for the faithful <br /> performance rendered by Judge Cr0okshank during his term <br /> of office' and extended their best wishes for his future <br /> welfare. <br /> <br /> The Mayor asked Mr. Crookshank if he had any recommend- <br /> dation as to his successor, as Judge, and Mr. Orookshank <br /> recommended Delbert Larsh. <br /> <br /> The application of Delbert L. Larsh for position a~ <br /> <br />City Judge , to fill vacancy created by resignation of <br />Judge R.M.Orookshank, who Joins the armed forces on <br />December 21st, 194~, was read, and on motion of Trustee <br />Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, Delbert L.Larsh <br />was appointed as Judge of the City Court, effective <br />December 21st, 194~, during the absence of Judge Crookshank. <br />. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br /> carried, communication f~om John Luxembourger~ C~ef of <br /> Fire Dept. relative to appointment of Paul Bur~ette to <br /> position as Hoseman, effective November 2Ath, 1~4~, <br /> account resignation of Clayton Ellis, was received and <br /> filed. <br /> <br />Communication from Chamber of Commerce relative to <br />removal of various signs leading Luto Santa Aha was <br />read and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by <br />Cheney and carried, the communication was received and <br />filed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Clerk read the report from Lieut. of Traffic, W.F. <br />Nielson, in regard to abandonment of various loading <br />and unloading zones in the business district and on <br />motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br /> <br /> <br />
