Letters of consent received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kel~-ey, seconded by Mandy and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution COncerning Parking Limitations under <br /> Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing - loadiflg~ mone on the south side of West <br />Third St., between Main and Sycamore St., located as <br />follows: The Easterly ~ feet of the Westerly 51 feet, <br />was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution <br />No. 3205 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees E.D.Yost, Allen A. Mandy, <br /> D.W.Kelsey, Joseph P. Smith. <br />Noes, Trustees None <br />Absent, TruStees Plummer W. Bruns. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Kelsey, seconded by Yost and <br />carried, the Purchasing Agent was authorized to sell to <br />the State Division of Forestry, Riverside County, the <br /> <br />83 ft. power pole located in the City Water Works Yard, <br />for the sum of $35.00, to be removed without cost to the <br />City. <br /> <br />The report of the City Attorney that failure of the War <br />Department to give final approval to contracts with the <br />Army for expansion of the 0utfall Sewer Disposal Plant is <br />presenting a serious problem to this community, and <br />requesting approval of the Council to communications <br />being forwarded to the War Department asking quick action <br />on the proposed work, was read, mud on motion of Trustee <br />Kelsey, seconded by Nandy and carried, the action of the <br />Attorney was approved and copy of communication ordered <br />filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
