No. 3990 <br /> <br />Hearing on Complaint <br /> <br />Cafe of Hays D. White. <br /> <br />Eugene Dixon, <br />Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />Communication and complaint of the State Board of Equali <br />zation and communication of Chief of Police Geo. G. Boyd <br />were read, with reference to the continued operation of <br />a cafe licensed to Hays D. White at 318 E. Fourth Stre. et <br />Santa Aha, and requesting that the City Council require <br />an immediate hearing on the complaint for violation of <br />Section 61.A of the Liquor Control Act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, a Resolution determining that public welfare <br />requires an immediate hearing or the complaint filed <br />against the cafe licensed to Hays D.
