440 In Re Communication Burgess Refrlg. Service In Re Resol. No. 3323 Execution of Contract with 1st National Bank In Re Resol. No. ~24 Eliminating no parking zone and loading zones - North Sycamore St. In Re McMahan Furniture Co. Loading zone space over until next meeting of the Council for the purpose of further investigation by the Council and Fire Chief. Communication from Norman Burgess of the Burgess Refrigeration Service, requesting certain information concerning proposed Electrical Ordinance calling for standardization of electrical appllaRces was read and on motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Haan and carried, communication was received and filed and Building Inspector instructed to consult with Mr. Burgess in regard to emergency Electrical Ordinance. On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Authorizing Execution of Contract With the First National Bank in Santa Ana to Act as Depositary" was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3323 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None On motion of Trustee Cheney, W.J.Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. lOZO" eliminating a loading zone on the west side of Sycamore St. between 2nd and ~rd Sts. located as follows: the southerly 58 ft of the northerly 128 ft; eliminating no parking zone and loading zone on the east side of No. Sycamore St. between 2nd and ~rd Stso located as follows; the southerly 18 ft. of the northerly 120.5 ft; and establishing a loading zone on the west side of No. Sycamore St. between 2nd and ~rd Sts. located as follows, the southerly 22 ft. of the northerly 153 ft, was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. $~24 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None On motion of Trustee carried, the request Cheney, seconded by Haan and of the NcMahan Furniture Co. for additional loading zone space adjoining their present loading zone on 2nd St. at Broadway, was denied.
