Freeman, representing the National Casualty <br />Co., $8,$2§.00, for three years. <br />H.P.Harrison Agency, representing the California <br />Compensation Insurance Co., $~,987.A?, for three <br />yearse <br />H.C.Wahlberg, representing the United Pacific <br />Insurance Co., $8,500.00, for three years. <br />E.D.Holmes, Jr., representing the Pacific Indemnity <br />Co., $5,~6~.1~, for three years. <br />H.P.Harrison Agency, representing the Hartford <br />Accident and Indemnity Co., $~,~00.00 for three years~ <br />E.M.Sundquist, representing the General Casualty <br />Co. of America, $5,?00.00 for three years. <br />Robbins-Henderson, Ltd., representing the United <br />States Fidelity & Guaranty Co., $?,000.00, for <br />three years. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Haan, second, ed by Dixon and carried <br /> and <br />Trustees Hoffman and Cheney,/AUditor Jerome were <br /> <br />appolnted as a committee with power to act to investigat <br /> <br />quotations and report back at next meeting. <br /> <br />Trustee Deckert reported on condition of busses and <br />overloading of same during peak periods of travel and <br />that the Manager of the Santa Aha Bus Co. had promised <br />to replace broken straps and endeavor to maintain busses <br />in as good condition as is possible under prevailing <br />circumstances; also that advertisements would be pub- <br />lished in the new~paper advising the public that every- <br />thing is being done to serve the public as efficiently <br />as possible under O.P.A. regulations. <br /> <br />Trustee Deckert stated that Mexican dances are being <br />held at V.F.W. Hall on Sunday nights and that the permit~ <br />are issued by the Police Department to hold such dances <br />without payment of City license tax due to the fact that <br /> <br /> <br />
