i~$OLUTION NO. ~-~8 ACCEPTING GRANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DANIEL HOLBROOK, a married man, as his separate property, has pre- <br />sented to the City Council a grant deed, dated December 15, 1954, conveying prop- <br />erty in the City of Santa Arm, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for walkway, drainage, and water main over a strip of <br />land 6.00 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the South line of that certain parcel of <br />land conveyed to Daniel Holbrook by deed recorded November 29, 195~, <br />in Book 2879, Page 531, Official Records of Orange County, California, <br />said point being located 115.70 feet South 89° 30' 05" West from the <br />Southeast corner of said Holbrook property; running thence North 0° <br />14' 42" East 85.70 feet to the end of said easement. <br /> <br /> Subject to coxenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and <br />and rights of way of record. <br /> <br /> NOW, '£H~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Anaaccepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the CountyRecorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PASSED ANDADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Anaat its <br />regular meeting held on the 20th day of December ~, 1954. <br /> <br />A'~'£.:ST: <br /> <br />STA~1~ OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COb~A'~ OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced <br />to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of December , <br />1954, and was at said meeting regularly passed and a~-'~d by the foll6wing vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
