RESO~.UTION NO. 54-250 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, MICHAEL CO~PORA_TION OF SANTA ANA, a corporation, has <br />presented to the City Council a quitclaim deed conveying easement for <br />street purposes, dated November 22, 195~ conveying property in the City <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br /> The North 40 feet of Lot 5 of R. H.
