RESOLUTION N0.54-71 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WILFRED B. TAYLOR and ORVILLE J. GOO~6IN, as trustees <br />under declaration of trust dated September 30, 1953; have presented to <br />the City Council a grant deed, dated January 6, 1954, without consideration <br />from the City, conveying property for street purposes in the City of Santa <br />Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />That portion of Lot 4 of the Mabury Tract as shown on a <br />map thereof recorded in book 165, at page 301 of Deeds, <br />records of Los Angeles County, California, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said Lot 4 <br />distant thereon 606 feet Easterly from the intersection <br />of said Southerly line with the center line of English <br /> Street, and running thence East, along said Southerly <br />line, 60 feet; thence North 0° 151 24" East 290 feet; <br />thence West, parallel with said Southerly line, 60 feet; <br />thence South 0° 15~ 24" West 290 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within Fifteenth <br />Street. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to <br />cause said deed to be properly recorded. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Ci~YlCOuncil of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of May, 1954. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF .THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, EREA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was <br />reEularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the <br /> 1Yth . day of May, 195~, and was at said meeting regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: . <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: William Jerome, J.
