MARKEY, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated December 27, <br />1954, conveying property in the City of ~anta Aha, County of Orange, State <br />of California, described as: <br /> <br />An easement for street purposes over: <br />The Westerly 5 feet of the following described property: <br /> <br />The North 14 feet of Lot 9 and the South 26 feet of Lot 7 of the <br />R. H. Skiles' Addition to Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Ana, <br />County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof <br />recorded in book 3, page 5, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said <br />Orange County. <br /> <br /> NOW, TMR.
