RESOLUTION NO. 55-5 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED OF <br />PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT <br /> <br /> WItERF~, SANTA ANA BOARD OF EDUCATION h~s presented to the City Council <br />a grant deed, dated December 30, 1954, conveying property in the City of Santa <br />An~, County of Orange~ State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> An easement for construction and maintenance of water main and <br />services, <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the center line of Edinger Street, dis- <br />rant 26~1.92 feet westerly from the intersection of the center line <br />of Edinger Street with the center line of Bristol Street; thence <br />westerly along the center line of Edinger Street 660.00 feet to its <br />intersection with the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of <br />Lot 80 in 8~uta A~ Acres as shown on a map thereof recorded in Misc. <br />Map Book 5, at page 8, records of Orange County, State of California; <br />thence northerly along said southerly prolongation of said westerly <br />line and along said westerly line 30 feet to a point~ thence Easterly <br />along a line parallel with the center line of Edinger Street to the <br />survey center line of Raitt Street as shown on said m~p of ~anta Aha <br />Acres; thence southerly along said center line of Raitt Street to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Excepting therefrom that portion thereof previously granted for <br />Edinger Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said <br />deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be <br />recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> PkSSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 3rd day of Januar~ , 1955. <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF O~ANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMAKEELER, do hereby certify thet I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoin~ Resolution was regularly passed and <br />adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />COUNCIlmEN: William Jerome, Thomas F.
