RESOLUTION NO. 55-7 AO'.'nORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br />D,m:u TO STATE OF C--~'~-~RNIA FOR NATIONAL GUARD ARMORY <br />SITE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has entered into an agreement with <br />the Sta~e of California to transfer rights on certain property to said State <br />for a site for the construction and maintena-¢e of a National Guard Armory, <br />under certain conditions in said deed set out; <br /> <br /> NOW, 'I'n~E~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute that certain deed for and on behalf of the City of <br />Santa Aha to the State of California effecting real property in the City of <br />Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 3 in Tract No. 39, <br />as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 9, page 37, Miscellaneous <br />Maps of Orange County, State of California; thence East along the <br />South line of said Block 3 and along the North line and its extension <br />of Block 4 in said Tract No. 39, a distance of 534.55 feet to a point; <br />thence North 0° 22' 25" West 569.16 feet to a point; thence West parallel <br />to and 30 feet Southerly forOm the center line of Delhi Road 150.00 feet <br />to a point; thence South 0 22' 25" East 386.60 feet to a point; thence <br />West along the North line and its Easterly extension of said Block 3, <br />372.34 feet to a non-tangent curve; thence from a tangent which bears SQuth <br />5° 22' 25" West~ Southwesterly along the are of a curve concave North- <br />westerly and having a radius of 975.04 feet through a central angle of <br />5° 00'00" an arc distance of 85.09 feet to a point; thence South 0° <br />22' 25" East 98.29 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Bearings and distances are as shown on a Map filed in Book 27, <br />page 30 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Orange County. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ItESOLVED: That Resolution No. 54-66 be and it is hereby <br />revoked and rescinded. <br /> <br /> P~ AND ADOP.n~U by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the .. 3rd day of .
