<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br />Council instructed the Planning Engineer and the City Attorney to
<br />Start work immediately to amend~Seotion 14, page 20 of the Zoning
<br />0rd inanc e.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />Council recommended that Spurgeon Street be rezoned, north to
<br />Tenth Street, on both sides of said street, to permit offices of
<br />dentists, physicians and others engaged professionally in any
<br />legalized form of healing, and said recommendation to be forwarded
<br />to the Planning Commission.
<br />
<br />A petition was read signed by twelve residents requesting that
<br />stop signs be placed at 8th and Flower and Washington and Flower
<br />Streets.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution Declaring Stop Intersections"
<br />
<br />declaring that the intersections of Eighth Street and Flower
<br />Street and Washington Avenue and Flower Street, and that all
<br />from all four directions shall stop before entering the intersect-
<br />ion, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3696 and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
