BEMOLUTION NO. 55-11 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION <br />OF GEOR~ M00~E WMERE PLANNING C0~94ISSION REC0~9~ENDED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 729, the Planning Commission, after due <br />hearing, recommended that a variance as requested by Application No. 573, be <br />denied~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after considering all the facts, disagreed <br />with ~he denial of said Variance. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby grants a variance to effect the Lot 17, Block A, in Tract <br />No. 253, which has a street address of 936 W. Myrtle Street, City of Santa Ana, <br />California, to allow the operation of a Nursery School between the hours of <br />8:30 A. M. and ll:30 A. M., Mondays through Fridays, and to have not more <br />than 25 chi. ldren in attendance at any time, ranging in age from two and one- <br />half to five years, on the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Tb~t the broken sidewalk adjacent to said property be completely <br /> replaced, <br /> <br /> 2. That the children not be allowed off of said property~ and <br /> <br /> 3.
